MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Low-temperature open-width scouring, bleaching, dyeing machine: all parts of the machine
that come into contact with the fabric are
made from AISI 316/AISI 316 L stainless steel.
The dyeing unit consists of a self-supporting frame that provides the machine with utmost
stability under conditions of full load and
maximum speed. The Jigger, in all its parts, is contained inside the frame.
The jigger is equipped with an inspection hatch on both sides of the machine, internal lighting
and double door with automatic
pneumatic opening
The machine is designed to work with a maximum charge bath ratio of 1:2. The following
components are assembled inside the
machine: winding rollers, idle rollers and curved bar, for perfect fabric arrangement and
tension.
In addition to the usual solidity and reliability guaranteed by MCS products, these product
offer technological developments promoting
• Machine main tank entirely made of stainless steel, self-supporting

• Main rollers in stainless steel 316L Ø320 mm(Ø400 beyond table 2600) with

• Selvedge alignment system on 1 main roller
• Double tank bottom roller Ø139.7 mm assembled on oversize bushes.
• Double internal spring rocker arm with roller Ø88.9 and curved bar.
• Bath recirculation pump with suction filter
• Shell and tube heat exchanger with modulating valve heating on/off cooling
• Machine filling managed by litres counter
• HEW spray wash system with bath to be disposed of, supplied by the mains and
selectable water. Possibility to manage the spray temperature.
• Product addition tank with capacity of 200 l (300 l beyond table 2600) with indirect
coil heating, mixer, recirculation with machine and continuous level control
• Product introduction system managed by PLC
